Sun, 21 January 2007 Show Notes - no show since November 22, 2006- Extended break; kind of hectic end of semester followed by winter break - New semester, mostly the same classes- only one non-music class this time around - Intro to Poli Sci. - Got into Music Lit, a 7:30 class! - Both taking it, easier to be up - Rearranging the room a bit, no problem for me- beds now bunked - opens up the room quite a bit - Music: "Sweaty Night" by Peter Toh - Orchestra issues - last concert in November moved to weekend before exams, then cancelled due to conductor falling ill - managed to finally figure what's going on, fix it. - still a couple of weeks away from full recovery, but he's making progress - concert coming up, Saturday, 2/3, 8PM CST - MMEA- Leaving Thursday am, return Saturday night - will attend various meetings and seminars, concerts, etc. - should be similar to my experience at IMEA All-State a few years ago - Go Bears- still concerned about Grossman, but I think he'll be OK - win=excited; loss=well, not excited - Maybe a show next week, depends on whether I'm up to it after MMEA, if not, due to the concert the week after, no show for 3 weeks- Music: "Mackinac" by Dan Beahm and The Invisible Three site: trucast.libsyn.com email: trucast [at] mac [dot] com Comments[0] |
